No Return Policy
We maintain a strict no return and no exchange policy. Once an order has been placed and delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under normal circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Returns or exchanges are only permitted if the product is received in a damaged condition due to transit.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow the steps below:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email us at vaijayantipro@gmail.com.
- Include the following details:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- An unboxing video showing the damage and original packaging
This documentation is necessary for verification and claim processing.
Resolution Process
Once we review and approve your request:
- A replacement will be arranged at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- If a replacement is not available, a refund or store credit will be issued at our discretion.
Requests submitted without proper photographic or video evidence may not be eligible for approval.
Non-Eligible Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items that are not damaged during transit
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Minor variations in color, texture, or design due to lighting or screen differences
- Customized, personalized, or special-order items
